The selection of speakers dictated the construction of the enclosure itself, where each design element is deeply rooted in technology, physics, and acoustics. “Lemon Audio” has divided the column into two parts to ensure that even the slightest vibrations do not affect the mid and high frequencies.
The front of the column is designed for time coherence. The front panel is appropriately angled so that all drivers align their acoustic centers in space, providing a significant advantage over traditional designs with vertical front walls.
The absence of any right angles and the presence of large bevels are designed to eliminate reflections and standing waves both inside and outside the enclosure, allowing the speakers to virtually disappear in the room like small bookshelf monitors.
The mid-high frequency section within a sealed enclosure has been fully dampened with felt and light material.
The bass module, besides internal reinforcements, was created as a 40mm MDF sandwich + 3mm butyl mat + 10mm felt, significantly reducing resonances and stabilizing the structure, which results in well-controlled bass without coloration.
For greater versatility in placement, the bass reflex port is located at the bottom of the module.
The crossovers incorporate top-tier components: Wax and Litz tape coils from Jantzen, Mundorf ultra resistors, and some of the best audio capacitors from Miflex, surpassing even global standards. The speaker terminals are high-quality WBT Nextgen, and the wiring from mono-crystalline copper Neotech is uniquely gauged and structured for each driver.
The Loudspeakers feature a bass speaker from Eton and an aerogel from Audax with a magnesium coating
