- PRICING
All listed prices are FINAL and inclusive of VAT (For HiFi: VAT and Swico – early disposal fee) in Swiss francs. The prices are ex-warehouse from Bellinzona. Price variations may take place. - SHIPPING
Good are dispatched from our Bellinzona werehouse. It is imperative for customers to report transportation damages immediately to the postal or forwarding service in order to claim compensation. We only ship products within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. - DELIVERY TERMS
In the event that TrendAudio fails to meet the agreed delivery timelines, the purchaser has an option to cancel the order if the delivery isn’t completed within 7 days post the deadline. EXCEPTION: Order cancellation is not feasible for special orders (HiFi custom orders or supplier-caused delays). Delivery delays do not warrant damage claims. - PRODUCT VERIFICATION
Complaints need to be conveyed in writing to TrendAudio within 5 days. The complaint consideration period begins from the date stamped on the mail. Complaints registered post this window shall not be processed. Reverse logistics charges are the responsibility of the buyer. - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Initiation of product return or exchange process shall commence only after having a discussion. The buyer is aware that requesting a compensation for the exchange or return might take place at the discretion of TrendAudio. - PAYMENT
The online shop accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Twint) and advance payment. - LIABILITY
AudioTrend disclaims any liability for damages resulting from incorrect installation or inappropriate usage of items. - WARRANTY
Responsibility for the selection, setup, usage, and the intended results from the products lies with the customer or the end consumer of the products. The customer must acknowledge that TrendAudio does not conduct checks on products supplied by manufacturers or vendors. The warranty is excluded, in particular for defects, which underlie one of the following causes:- inadequate maintenance
- Non-observance of the operating or installation regulations
- improper use of the products
- Use of unauthorized parts and accessories
- natural wear and tear
- Transport, improper handling or Treatment
- Modification or repair attempts
- External influences (in particular water and fall damage), force majeure (e.g. failure of the power supply, natural damage) as well as other reasons that are neither represented by TrendAudio nor by the manufacturer/supplier.
- Warranty services not covered by the manufacturer/supplier as well as additional costs caused by the customer will be charged to the customer. The buyer must pay for the transport and the associated costs to our domicile address. The risk of shipment and its proof lies with the buyer in both cases.
- Vintage Audio equipment is sold without warranty. TrendAudio will offer 14 day Startup Warranty. The Vintage Audio equipment is usually old and should be treated as collector items not for daily use.
- TITLE RETENTION
The goods supplied will continue to be the property of audiotrend.ch until complete payment is received. - LEGAL JURISDICTION
All legal relationships will be subjected to the jurisdiction of the court in Bellinzona. Only Swiss law will be applicable. - SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any provision in this contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to stay in effect. An invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that fulfills the original intention of the invalid one.
